Description

Holding hopper for incline conveyor, all s/s. Belt width 350 mm wide, discharge height 3,600 mm with all s/s discharging chute. (Lot 2) 1 x Urschel CC with one spare blade, with stand, fully guarded with brake. (Lot 3) 1 x Kuipers all s/s continuous gas fired fryer complete with hold down belt. Belt width 975 mm, overall frying length is 7 m. Complete with all s/s wire mesh draining table and seasoning table. Also with filtration and s/s extraction canopy and with oil storage facility. Overall length 12 m to include draining table and seasoning table. With Siemans Simatic C7 touch pad control. Also included Aura Gmbh model AKL404 (lpg) 400 kw capacity thermo oil boiler, maximum working pressure 10 bar, max volume 183. (Lot 4) 1 x All s/s neoprene belt incline flighted conveyor feeding to vibratory feeder (Lot 5) Vibratory feeder, all s/s contact parts, approx. 300 mm wide. Feeding on to Multi head weigher. (Lot 6) 1 x All s/s contact parts 10 head double drop Ishida multi head weigher. Model CCW-SE-210-F. With gantry steps, safety rail and walkway. (Lot 7) 1 x Safeline inline pipe metal detector 180 mm diameter. (Lot 8) 1 x Wright continuous form, fill and seal machine, model Packwright 50. With Markem Smartdate II printer and Packwright 70 touch pad control. Max fill width 600 mm with gas flushing facility. Jaw width 350 mm. Set up for 100 g foil bags. 100 mm diameter forming tube with outfeed conveyor system. Pack rate dependent on pack size, up to 100 min.

THIS PLANT IS LOCATED IN CYPRUS. BUYER TO REMOVE or £5,000 lift out charge. Lift out would be carried out by our UK staff and include loading into open top vehicle(s).
