EQUIPMENT LOCATION: Unless otherwise stated all equipment is located on site in Cromer - Cromer Crab, Holt Road, Cromer, Norfolk. NR27 9EB.

VIEWING:  Open viewing on the morning of the sale.  All other times strictly by appointment through the auctioneers.

WHERE ITEMS ARE COMBINATION LOTS: Please note you can bid for individual lots or for the plant as a whole.  Accordingly your winning bid for individual items cannot be confirmed until the outcome of the combination lot has been determined.

IF BUYER TO REMOVE (BTR). UPON REQUEST WE CAN PROVIDE A PRICE FROM OUR CONTRACTORS TO DISCONNECT AND LOAD ONTO YOUR TRANSPORT.

CLEARANCE DATE: End of September 2012 - Appointments for collections cannot be made until full payment has been received. We operate a strict booking in service.  Upon receipt of cleared funds you will need to liaise with our Site Director to arrange a mutually convenient collection date.
